ABOUT THIRD & MAIN

Third & Main is a short and long term housing community that specializes in patient housing for the UF Health Proton Therapy Institute.

All of our suites are fully furnished with flat screen TV’s, cable, and secured, reliable WiFi. All utilities are included and each apartment has full-sized appliances and a fully stocked kitchen with cookware and dishes. Washers and dryers in each unit, a gym, library with childrens play area and a new dedicated meeting space (event center) for residents to enjoy. As well an on-site restaurant & bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The complex is fully gated including parking, covered gazebo and out door grilling area as well as dog walk.

These beautifully furnished apartments have everything one could need for a comfortable extended stay, with on-site managers here to assist, helping with moving in/out, unloading groceries, giving directions, making copies or sending faxes and much more! Managers are on call 24 hrs/day for emergencies. There are social events for residents throughout the week and there is a real sense of community.
